Oklahoma City residents age 18+ can get an Oklahoma medical marijuana license by booking an online evaluation with an OMMA-registered physician, then applying through the OMMA MedPortal. OMMA processes patient applications within 14 business days. Adult licenses are valid for up to two years.
What you need to apply
Proof of identity, proof of Oklahoma residency, an acceptable photo, and a signed Physician Recommendation Form from an authorized physician.
What it costs
PrestoDoctor evaluation: $99 (pay only if approved). OMMA charges $100 plus a $4.30 card processing fee ($104.30), or $20 plus $2.50 ($22.50) with proof of Medicaid (SoonerSelect), Medicare, or 100% disabled veteran status. The fee is nonrefundable.

OMMA is headquartered in Oklahoma City. OMMA offers in-person appointments at its Patient Service Lobby for patients with disabilities who need help applying. Everyone else applies online. Patients in Oklahoma County use the same statewide MedPortal as everyone else.
After approval
Your OMMA approval email, or the approval in your MedPortal account, is a valid form of identification at licensed dispensaries while your card is on its way.
