Arkansas doctor appointments are $99.99 from PrestoDoctor.

Additionally, Arkansas charges a non-refundable application processing fee of $50. This is not part of your PrestoDoctor appointment price.

Illinois doctor appointments are $109.99 from PrestoDoctor.

Additionally, the state charges a separate application fee. $50 for a 1-year card ($25 for Reduced Application Fee). $100 for a 2-year card ($50 for Reduced Application Fee). $125 for a 3-year card ($75 for Reduced Application Fee). 

You are able to apply for a shorter application length, and extend your state as needed – within the three year time frame of your approval from our recommendation. 

Iowa doctor appointments are $159.99 from PrestoDoctor.

The state of Iowa charges the following: $100 for a 1 year certification, or $25 if the patient can provide: Copy of Social Security Disability Benefit notice (SSDI notice) Copy of proof of receipt of Supplemental Security Income Payment (SSI receipt) Copy of Iowa Medicaid member card Copy of Hawk-I member card  These prices are separate from the fees paid to PrestoDoctor as they are paid directly to the state of Iowa.

Louisiana doctor appointments are $99.99 from PrestoDoctor.

Currently, there are no additional Louisiana state registration fees.

Missouri doctor appointments are $109.99 from PrestoDoctor.

Additionally, the state charges a separate application fee ($25 for your card, $100 additional for the ability to cultivate your plants).

Nevada doctor appointments are:

1-Year NV Medical Card Evaluation: $89.99

2-Year NV Medical Card Evaluation: $109.99

Additionally, the state of Nevada charges $50 for a 1 year cannabis card and $100 for a 2 year cannabis card.

New York doctor appointments are $139.99 from PrestoDoctor.

Currently, there are no New York state registration fees.

Ohio doctor appointments are $99.99 from PrestoDoctor.

Additionally, Ohio charges a non-refundable application processing fee of $50. Caregivers must pay a $25 registration fee. This state fee can be reduced under certain circumstances. This is not part of your PrestoDoctor appointment price. 

Oklahoma doctor appointments are $109.99 from PrestoDoctor.

Additionally, The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) application fee is $100, and will need to be renewed every two years. For applicants that qualify with Medicaid (SoonerCare) or Medicare benefits, the application fee is $20.

Pennsylvania doctor appointments are $139.99 from PrestoDoctor.

Additionally, the state of Pennsylvania will also charge a separate $50 processing fee for the printing and mailing of your physical medical card. This is paid directly to them at the time of completing your online registration through their DOH portal.

Texas doctor appointments are $149.99 from PrestoDoctor.

Currently, there is no state application fee.

West Virginia doctor appointments are $99.99 from PrestoDoctor.

Additionally, West Virginia charges a non-refundable application processing fee of $50. This is not part of your PrestoDoctor appointment price.
