Book a telehealth visit. Discuss your condition, health history and medications with a physician authorized to recommend medical cannabis in Ohio.
If recommended, your physician enters your profile and recommendation. Use the state’s email to complete your Registry activation.

Ohio residents with a qualifying condition may register after a physician’s recommendation. An Ohio-licensed physician with a Certificate to Recommend (CTR) decides whether medical cannabis is appropriate for you.
