Registration for Caregivers in Oklahoma
Caregivers in Oklahoma must meet a criteria to assist a registered patient. The caregiver must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the state. Then they must provide documentation that they are designated by the state registered patient to assist them. This means that BOTH caregiver and patient must be OMMA certified.
Oklahoma caregivers do not have to pay a card registration fee. Also, the caregiver license is valid until the expiration date of the patient’s license.
