Broken Arrow residents age 18+ can get an Oklahoma medical marijuana license by booking an online evaluation with an OMMA-registered physician, then applying through the OMMA MedPortal. OMMA processes patient applications within 14 business days. Adult licenses are valid for up to two years.
What you need to apply
Proof of identity, proof of Oklahoma residency, an acceptable photo, and a signed Physician Recommendation Form from an authorized physician.
What it costs
